Can I run 144hz DVI to HDMI/Display Port?

Hello,

I have this monitor,

Is it possible to run 144hz through a DVI adaptor to HDMI or Display port on any of the new RTX 3000 graphics cards?

HDMI today does 144hz but not sure what version is on that monitor as it is old now.

Assuming it does not and why you ask about the DVI-D adapter and if it is indeed a digital port (D or even I not A) then yes and the cable can be found easy (not sure if OCUK stock so not going to break rules).

Not cost effectively. Would be better spending the money on a decent modern monitor.

The cable is cheap it is not an active cable as it is all digital but yes I did think he would be better with a new monitor first but that is his choice.
