The main issue are the blocks, not the radiators, unless is some very restrictive rad.
With that much rad area, as long as the flow is enough to keep the coolant moving, you're fine.
Just worthy mention that if the coolant moves too fast, the heat transfer from the blocks and the radiators won't be optimal. The main reason for multi pump is redundancy, or if rads and blocks are very restrictive and it's a beast of a system.
Same here, a single D5 could handle CPU + GPU and 4 360mm. A 3.2 DDC certainly would, but the poor DDC supplied with the O11 side distro by EK couldn't even bleed the system with 2 rads, and nothing too restrictive.
