Can I run Hyper-v core on a computer with a Pentium G850, G840 or G620 processor

Can I run Hyper-v core on a PC with a Pentium G850, G840 or G620 processor?

The intel website says the processors support Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) but not Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d). Are both needed to run Hyper-V core or the role?

If I can ill use one of those processors on a budget test PC.

Thanks for your time Stelly. I'm going to use one of these processors on a ITX board as a test server for a couple virtual machines. They look pretty decent performers for the cost.
