Can I run Mac OS on pc

I've got a job interview coming up where I need to know the basics of Mac. I'm assuming its something along the lines of windows but need to get some practice in.

Is it possible to run Mac on a laptop? I've got dual hard drives so can boot off one hard drive if that helps.
