Can I Run Mixed Framerates and Resolutions with nVidia?

I currently have the model of monitors in a triple monitor setup. I am looking to purchase a 1440p 144hz screen for the middle and keeping the flanking 1080p 60hz monitors.

Is this possible with an nVidia card? I will not be using surround, only gaming on the middle monitor.

Absolutely fine. I run a 1080p 144 hz, 1440 144hz and a 4K 69 hz from the same Nvidia card. Just run games on whichever monitor suits the game. Which predominantly means the 1440.
