can i see how much bandwidth i use a month?

is it possible to check how much bandwidth i use per month? i have no idea and would like to know as i might be changing soon and everyone has a limit of somekind

nope its actually a small company called class broadband, bussiness thing only 512k, the model of my router is linksys wag54gs
