Can I select 2.4Ghz or 5GHz on a mobile tethering router?

Up till now I've been using 2 elderly Asus RT-86U routers in Asus AImesh mode to distribute my Toob wifi around the house and it's been successful. Yesterday one of them died so I've decided to buy 2 new routers and start again.
The one I've decided upon is the https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus-rt-ax58u-v2-ax3000-dual-band-wifi-6-router-nw-138-as.html but they've only got 1 in stock. The alternative in the same model is one with "mobile tethering with replacement of 4g 5g routers".
I've not come across this before and in my ignorance my concern is that I need to select the 2.4GHz band in order to control my telescopes in my garden remotely from indoors, will I still be able to do this with this type of router?

Are you using the the router supplied by Toob or are you using your own. If you are using Toobs router, you would just need to get two wifi Mesh nodes rather than more routers ( though if you can wire them both back to the router, or get stand alone access points, that would be preferable).
All the routers, access points and mesh nodes I have come across support and broadcast the 2.4ghz band.

I'll be connecting the router directly to the Toob wall box so not using their router.
