Can i sell HL2 GOTYE?

I'm just wondering if i can sell this without any problems. Would it be possible for the buyer to choose his own password/username or are they stuck with my details?

You'd have to give them all the account details, then they would have to change all the password + recovery stuff, but keep the account name.

Alternatively, they'd have to pay valve to change the serial key to another Steam account.
