What are the rules regarding selling a brand new Wii in the members market ??

Am I allowed?? Sorry if this is answered elsewhere I just want defin clarfication because I have been stung recently by making mistakes on the members market

Define silly??? Was thinking £250, is that going to be ok , I just don't wanna get in ***** again , cause think i'm onmy last strike , due to me making 2 daft mistakes
