i have w7 and have set up media centre to run on my plasma tv, i am using the remote control with it, i am trying to get things so i can change the channel on my tv to the pc channel and press the green media centre button on the remote and start watching stuff without getting up off the sofa.
anyway i have got things the way i want except for the sound, i have it coming out from the green minijack to my pc speakers for regular pc use but when i use media centre i want it to ouput thru the spdif, so when i use media centre i have to get up and change from the speaker output to the spdif.
can media centre be set so it always outputs thru the spdif no matter what the default audio settings are ?
