Can i set my NAS drive to upload to my website?

Hi all,

I have a Zyxel NSA220 Nas drive and want to upload (backup) all the files to my FTP website, The NAS drive has FTP on it as well, Can i just set the NSA220 copying all the files accross even though i turn the computer off?

I would assume that the "FTP" side of things is server only, in which case you could potentially FXP the files across but this would require a pc to be on as you'll still need an ftp client.
