Can I split huge MKV files?

I've found I have a 1 gig file limit when burning things to DVD, is there a way I can split up a huge MKV file so I can burn it?

Change the filesystem to UDF.

+1 for AbsenceJam. Bear in mind that you'll make it unreadable on some older OS's. Win98 and earlier won't read it I don't think, not natively anyways.

just use imgburn to burn it

as above though, xp and above (probably 2000 and above) will read it fine

kk, I'll try imgburn. I also want this to work on a macbook, but disks are so cheap that even if it doesn't work, I can RAR it or something.
