I don't think Facebook supports embedded streams by default. You might have to post a facebook link that takes clickers to your stream.

you can stream pretty much any game (including steam ones) using standard streaming software, but I don't know which would be better for your use. Why Facebook?

You can stream directly to Facebook through Battle.net, so I believe it's possible without a link.
