Can i transfer my raid 0 config to new mb

I have a asus p6t and new gigabyte z87x-oc. I have been copying my data to my external drive but it is going to take hours can i just move them to my new mb and choose raid 0 ??

Yes if your using the Intel ports done this with a few boards and there where no problems just set to raid reboot and then choses your raid to boot first that's if your not using an ssd as ur main drive

If you don't have a backup, that's not a good plan.

depends what you have on the hardrives and if you can risk having your data lost
