can i upgrade my memory?

i'm currently using 4gb pc3200 200mhz/400mhz ddr

the motherboard i have is a winfast NF4SK8AA

in the manual it says

this motherboard includes four 184-pin slots with 266/333/400mhz dual channel ddr ram interface.

does this mean i cannot upgrade my ram any further on this board?
