Can I use a Linksys WRT54GL/WAP54G as a wireless bridge?

In here and out there.
I'm sure I can but a little nudge in the right direction would be lovely.
I'm currently using a Tomato modded WRT54GL as my main router and I'd like to use another Linksys box to connect my xbox360 and bluray player up to the network via the wireless connection.

I know I can use DD-WRT on the WAP54G, so theoretically I should be able to use Tomato too?

So all I have to do is flash the firmware and set the second device up as a wireless bridge?

Cheers all. :)

Ok, after some more searching it looks like I'm better off just picking up another WRT54GL and flashing it to tomato then using that as the bridge.

Thanks for reading.

Aye, the threads over at the Linksysinfo.org forums regarding the WAP have put me off that idea:

1)It only supports WPA when I use WPA2.
2)It'd be cheaper just to pick up another WRT, flash it and disable the things it doesn't need.
3)There is also the glaring error of the WAP only having one wired port when I'd need at least two!.

Lol.
