I have a Asus P8Z68-V-PRO and a 7990.

Can I use any PCI-E slot? I'm trying to sort my case for watercooling and putting the 7990 in the slot furthest away from the CPU would give me a bit more room.
 
You have two 16x running single @16x or dual @8x Black is 4x stay away from this one.
So you could install the GPU is either Dark Blue or White
