Can I use MS store drivers on my laptop?

Hey guys, well I've got a samsung chronos 7 laptop which came from john lewis and all the recent updates for drivers seem to be from the MS store but mine obviously isn't from there. Could I use them anyway? I need to check to make sure the spec are the same for the wifi card but things like the trackerpad should be the same no?

If the model matches it will be fine.

But I would think Samsung's website would be authority on drivers.

That's where I'm getting the drivers from. All the drivers seem to have (MS store) in brackets after them apart from a few which have (costco) after them and very few have nothing after them but they are all from november.
