Hi,
Thinking of doing a few mods to my new pc to make it look better.
Although what i have planned i would need to turn my psu upside down to get any airflow into the power supply. Is this ok?
There is a hole cut out under the psu in the case with an air filter to provide air. I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work. I just thought i would fire the idea across you guys.

The fan on the psu is sucking air into the psu so it would take air coming from under the case.

Edit: Psu is a Seasonic X-Series 650w http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-027-SS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=2383

Thats fine to do.

Many cases give the option of having the PSU mounted either way up and you wont have any negative effects.

In most scenarios, it is completely fine to flip the orientation of the PSU. I personally have mine the 'inverse' way because provides me with extra cable length i need for the 8 pin CPU mobo cable to be routed around the back of then side panel and through the top hole (without an extension cable).

I would say that it varies a little case to case, you haven't stated which you have, though like i said it should be fine.

It's a Phantom 410, that was the other reason i was wanting to turn it upside down so my motherboard power connector could reach using the cable management behind the case.
