Can I use surgical solution to clean screen and cpu paste?

Hello

I found a bottle of surgical solution (Ethanol and Methanol). Can I use it for both cleaning paste off cpu's and for lcd screen cleaner?

sounds pretty good for cleaning the CPU.

i'd try a tiny amount on the corner of the screen to make sure it doesn't mar the surface, but it shouldn't. i use isopropyle alcohol for cleaning my screen.

Ok thanks, I imagine it's diluted with distilled water so should be ok.
