No, but you can SLI it

If I recall, the GTX 750's don't offer SLI (nVidia version of Crossfire).

Second hand? 280x/7970.
Brand new? Nope, what's the point in CF/SLI a low end card, spend more on a better single card.

I'm looking as I need a Gcard ASAP but can't afford a lot now, would buy one, then in 2-3 months buy another. Can't afford to spend a lot now, and don't want to be waiting 2-3 months for a new one :/

Second hand might be your best bet, buying new you're wasting money.
R7 265 is your best card you can get for that money that will CF later down the line. Worth noting a single 7970/280x will offer more than CF265s and will cost the same second hand give or take the price of postage.

Buy something cheap 2nd hand, and then pickup a GTX 960 when released to replace it with.

Thanks for the advice ! I've been looking for a second hand 280x but they are all over Ebay and a bit funny buying PC components not from a trusted site !
