Can it run GTA V?

I have no room for a desktop pc. I am looking for a capable laptop that is reasonably priced that will run gta v to moderate settings.

I have seen a lappy with A10-7300APU, 8 GB RAM, Radeon R6 graphics.

Will this run it?
