Can Lenovo M720Q accommodate a PCIe DVB-T TV card?

I'm considering a Lenovo M720Q as a HTPC, and wanted to know if I can use my Black Gold BGT3620 DVB-T2 TV card with it? It's a PCIe x1 card.
Does anyone know if a card like this can be physically fitted to the M720Q?

Looking at a disassembly video of it, doesn't look like it supports anything extra. Can replace the storage and it looks to be all you can do.

The answer is 'maybe', and you'll need to take the PCI slot bracket off as well
