Hi all. I get Lenovo thinkpad with soldered 4 Gb ram. I want to double it with 2x8 Gb Ram sticks. Is someone tried unsolder it from mother board and replace with RAM slot or another stick?

It can definately be unsoldered, that's easy.

Soldering new RAM is very hard and it may not work.

What laptop is it?

Look at what the max ram your laptop can take is, you might only be able to install another 8GB stick on the 'free' slot.

Which exact model of Thinkpad is it? Some come with one or two RAM slots (sadly not all of them - some newer ones don't).
