Can Mac (Leopard) open Tiff Files?

I just have a query a person I just sent a document (windows platform) which has many Tiff files.

When the user is opening it they claim it opens but they can only see the 1st document of many i.e. 1 of 125.

Can anyone tell me how they would navigate to page 2,3,4, etc I have no idea about Mac at all

Wait, you're on Windows and you sent it to a guy on a Mac? With what program is he trying to open the .tiff files?

EDIT: I should note that .tiff is the native raster image format in OS X, as carried all the way over from NeXTStep.

the user is complaining that they can open it fine except it only shows them the 1st document of many......how would they scroll through the pages???

I have no clue about mac osx

edit: i dont know what they are using to open the files... they told me leopard!
