Can Medion pre-built parts transpose into a standard ATX case?

Assuming it uses standard ATX measurements and non proprietary parts it should be fine to fit in any atx case.... can't guarantee cable lengths for the psu etc though.
Based on some images it might be matx but images for the rear are limited.
/edit: might be worth slinging up some pictures of inside the pc for us, we might be able to spot obvious issues from looking at them.

90% of the time yes. Some manufactures just mess with a part or 2 like i think years ago had an acer predator with a weird motherboard and psu config so i would start by looking at those 2 things as if isg said cables too short you will be boned if the psu is weird.
