I have an Acer Q3277PQU 32" monitor, which contains a 1440P 32" AMVA panel rated at 60Hz refresh at 1440P with no Freesync. I know that this panel was used in several other monitors from different manufacturers, mostly identifable by the 32" 1440P AMVA spec and the 3000:1 static contrast ratio and 10 million:1 dynamic contrast ratio that they all share. But a couple of days ago I came upon this:

It is another 32" AMVA panel with all the same specs EXCEPT that it has a 75Hz refresh rate and Freesync. I suspect (but do not know) that this is the same panel that is in my monitor, which has me wondering: can my monitor do 75Hz and Freesync if I mess around with it, or might it lack the physical hardware to do that?
Any thoughts on this?
