Can my motherboard run dual core ?

Just a quick question about processor/motherboard compatibility. Will a Pentium E2140 go into an ECS Asterope3 1.0 motherboard without any problems ?

Does the board support dual core ?

If its this board no it wont and the mobo looks about 4 years old.

Best it will take is a old pentium D dual core
