Crucial 2GB 3200 DDR
Enermax Noistaker 370W

I am not too bothered if I am not utilising the max power of the X1950 Pro, as long as there are no negative effects..
 
Unless you’re current card is 'better' than the x1950 pro, why would the "upgrade" have a negative affect?
 
I think he means by the PSU or the CPU limiting the card.

Enermax make decent PSU's so it should be fine. Although personally I would have something 400w+
