Can My Surface Pro 3 Support a 34" 3440 x 1440 Monitor?

Hi Guys

In the Advanced Display Settings on my Surface Pro 3, the monitor resolutions available go up to 1600 x 900. Does this mean the device could not support a 34" 3440 x 1440 Monitor as an external monitor?

If not, are there many other laptops that could support such a monitor, and what would I need to look for?

Pretty sure it gets that from the available resolutions in whatever was last plugged in or some sort of default adapter. I’d be surprised if it couldn’t. My 3 year old i5 powers mine no issues.
