can no longer oc my ga8nxp - sli (help !)

i used to be able to oc. i had my venice 3200 running @ 2.5 now it wont do that. it posts fine but the second it gets into windows i get a bsod with some random err message. the first thing i thought of was stressed mem but i throttled it back to 133mhz and loosend up the timings, that didnt help. i have it @250fsb 3htt 1.45v +2 on the mem (corsair pro)

what the heck happed ! ? let me know what else i can try PLEASE !

sounds like a software issue. try restoring windows maybe a fresh install
