Can no longer RDP into computers

Running SBS2003 and used to be able to RDP into the computers by going to https://mail.domain.com/remote and select which computer on the domain you wanted to access after logging in. However the last couple of days it has stopped working.

Ive checked the DNS settings are correct and that our fixed IP hasnt changed for some bizzare reason but both seem correct. When you try and access the link it comes up with IE cannot display this page.

Ive also tried restarting the server but with no joy.

Anything else that I should try?

EDIT - someone else has just told me that they cant access emails on their mobile device either now.

Thanks for the quick response.

Ive had a look and the port is fine. Check IIS however and the "remote named" is stopped which I assume is the problem. I tried to start it and it came up with an error - This process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

How can I find out what else is using it?
