Hi Good Folks.
Yesterday I could Not access these Forums by my usual way.
I tried ordering a 'Toshiba 4TB Internal hard drive' then it asked me about Amazon. What is all that about. I then found overclockers wanted Postage as well. As a long time member I don't pay postage. Has it changed?? Thanks
 
DPD free delivery still there for me.

You probably clicked the bottom of the 3 options when logging in which is to log in with Amazon and since that's not ocuk or ocuk forum connected, no free delivery?

Hotwired---THANKS M8. I never ever had that page before. Is New to me so being 73 with slight Dementia it Flummoxed my brain. LOL
I phoned in and a Nice man Helped me Out. Hopefully All is now OK. I have Re-Bookmarked my OverclockersUK and the Forum page.
Had to change my Password yet again though. It was the changes they did to the site that got me in a Tizzy LOL. YES, I did click Log in with Amazon. LOl

Just a quick warning, if you use the Amazon bit for payment and delivery address, it bypasses the account details with ocuk (even if you're logged in here at the store), and will therefore not be given any free delivery if you qualify normally as the details are tied there and not to an external access like Amazon. So whilst possibly a bit more convenient for some instances, also you lose out in some other areas.
 
Does "login with Amazon" uses Amazon as a money wallet, similar to PayPal and Google/Apple Pay? If so, then I've not heard of that before. I know on Amazon's site itself though, you can top it up with a gift voucher, and if not (which is most of the time), it debits from your linked card.
 
Thank You All. Did it in the end with a phone call. Gent on phone was a Great Help. Pay with Paypal i now done. My new Hard drive is on its way.
All Sorted.
