Can OcUK source logitech feet?

Send a webnote to Logitech support, they have the best customer support ever and sent me new glide feet for my G5 after a few emails.

Basically it went like this, log into logitech support( you may have to register) ask a support question like "I need new Glide feet for my so and So"

You get a email back from a very helpful woman asking for your details, you log back into the system and update the support ticket with your address.

Sit back and relax and wait for the post man.

Sounds like a plan. I'll get onto them tomorrow. Cheers boss :D

I reckon OcUK should get hyperglides in stock - they have them for the MX Revolution, G5 (I have some... they kick ass!), and other non-logitech mice

P.S. What if it's out of warranty?

All the logitech RMa's i've had, I didn't have the receipt and I told them this. They still send me a new one for free! :D

I got my MX revolution mouse replaced with an performance mouse MX
My G19 was replaced with another one - just because it had some dust behind the screen!

I had some dealings with them earlier in the year and they were definitely good. Got a 50% off voucher because my speakers were duff.

Yep, theyre support is excellent. They replaced my out of warranty G5 mouse with a brand new G500.

I simply emailed their customer support, gave them details regarding the problem i was having, (left button not registering clicks). They mailed back asking for the serial and part no's, gave them those and they mailed back asking if id be happy to accept a G500 as a replacement. Suffice to say, i was extremely happy to accept it.
