Can only create small partition

Just trying to partition my primary hard-drive to dual boot a different version of windows on, However I can only create a 1.5gb partition through windows Disk management.

Im wanting a 100gb partitioin roughly.

Anyone shed any light on this situation? Most information is in the following picture-

it's best to partition before installing windows

do a defrag, then use parted magic boot cd (gparted is on it) to resize the partition.

backup first.
