Can Overclockers build a sleeper PC?

I'm sure they could, be lots more fun to do it yourself though, get a nasty old Dell or HP office case and hide a high end water cooled beast inside it would look right at home next to a mega drive or game cube.

So people think you've got a crappy old Tiny PC, but when you fire it up and they see Windows 10 spring into action, they're all like..... "why?".....

I get the feeling no one will notice or care, it is "just a pc" to your average person, and they won't know the difference from one case to another
