Hi guys I have just got a new 27" 1920x1080 monitor, and I can just see the line of pixels going across the screen, is this normal? My last screen was a 27" 1920x1200, and I never noticed any pixels.

This depends on the panel. Pixels have so called "array mask" - dark lines which separate R, G, B elements to enhance contrast. On some panels these lines are thicker and more visible.

27" 1080p is quite a low resolution for a monitor tbh, pixel per inch etc. I use 24" 1920x1200 and idea that it's slightly lower resolution but bigger doesn't sound too appealing.

Its a amazing looking panel, and that was the main reason I bought it, as I have changed my setup from black to silver,, and yeah it is possibly sharper then my old 27", It is much brighter as I had to turn down the contrast loads, as it is one hell of a eye bleeder..lol

The pixels are noticable on white, shame I cant turn off the extra sharpness, if that's whats causing it.

I also cannot use a HDMI to HDMI because the monitor doesn't display anything on the screen until windows has loaded. So Im using DVI(gfx card) to HDMI(monitor). This might be the reason why I cant get freesync working, but the ati software says it is enabled?

How odd, I have found out, increasing the contrast makes the lines disappear and if I decrease the contrast on the monitor rather then in the ati software, the lines are not that noticeable on a white background. Im guessing that's something todo with the screen being LED because my old screen was LCD and that didnt have the problem?
