Can someone check if this OC looks OK in BIOS?

Hi,

I'm a total noob to overclocking but I recently got some help from a very helpful individual on these forums.

I've set my BIOS to overclock the CPU to 4GHz following instructions, didn't really want to go anymore than that at this stage as it isn't a high end cooler I'm using, but it is an aftermarket one and temps and stability seems fine. (Stressed with Prime95 and Intel Burn test)

I changed multiplier to 40, CPU Core voltage to 1.160v, CPU Ring voltage to 1.150v and I changed voltage modes to Override as on auto the voltage was going higher than 1.160v.

This is what my BIOS looks like:

Does everything look OK? Is there anything that sticks out that I need to change?

I have since pushed it up to 4.2GHz but I'm struggling to understand something regarding some voltages.

I've set the CPU Core voltage to 1.160v but CPU-z shows 1.168v when I'm stressing the CPU, is this normal? Also, I've set CPU ring voltage to 1.075v but the bios seems to default it at 1.080v. I set the CPU Core voltage mode and CPU Ring voltage mode to override, could it be something to do with one of the other 'offset' settings/modes?

Ok so I can leave it be if I want to and it wouldn't cause any issues?

Is that the same explanation for the ring voltage as well?
 
I tested the overclock on Prime 95 for 30 mins and the max temp was 74c with the average temp being around 60c-70c.

Does everything look fine for 4.2Ghz?
