Can someone check my stats (Broadband issue)

Im with UKFSN and have been getting great speeds, recently our phones packed up, well they worked but only 1 phone would ring...continously (one tone) and it would disconnect the broadband. BT Came round and had a look, said it was something to do with the broadband side of it at the exchange, so that was resolved. the phones now ring normal and the broadband is not disconnected with the phone rings....

Iv been monitoring the connection, the sync rate changes each time the router is re-booted, even though it stays in the 7000-8000kbps range. Problem is the actual downstream speed is around 2mbps speeds even though it is stuck at this speed...I done the BT Speedtester and phoned the ISP a number of times to get them to correct the BRAS Profile error. Either they havnt done it or something is wrong...

I have noticed aswell my line stats have changed abit....

Connection Speed 7200 kbps 448 kbps

Line Attenuation 21 db 5 db

Noise Margin 9 db 27 db

Can anybody tell me if these stats are ok?
 
Profile says 2000kbps on BT Speedtester, i know this is a stuck profile but this is the 2nd time i phoned the ISP to sort it out and it still hasnt been done....

What do i do? just keep phoning up or threaten to move providers ??? (Ask for my MAC)
 
Are you sure it's stuck? Can UKFSN/Enta show the sync events?
It's possible it's dropping that far for a good reason (though it's unlikely).
 
I will phone them again today, im abit curious as this has only just started happening since we had the phones "Sorted" before we used to get decent speeds and the Profile matched the sync rate.

Yep, 3 times, at the moment they have logged a ticket with BT Diagnostics but havnt got anything out of them as yet..Not going to stop badgering them till i find out what BT have done to my line......

It took me 3 attemps with entanet but eventually they managed to get the profile reset. Im now happily downloading a torrent @ 580kb/s :)
