Is that all looking right??

You may want to try putting the Tube In at the top of the res to get a better flow.
I was thinking that as it happens. Just one question - If I attach the tube into the top of the resevoir will it not be come difficult to unscrew the res top to fill the loop?

not the order I would have done it but looks fine

What order would you have done it? New to this so advice appreciated

But i think them GFX's are asking to get wet when you save some money :P lol

Tell me about it - have to get saving :D

I have checked and as far as I can see you can use them as in / out

This is an EK kit by the way and it uses 12.7 od / 9.5 id tubing. Having had a look about for extra tubing it seems that this is an unusal size? I take it then that the other sizes, the ones listed on OCUK for example are more common? What size tubing is generally favoured? Just thinking that if I am doing this properly then I may as well get it right first time. That goes for the loop order and component position if anyone has any recommendations.

Thanks :)

Thank you all for your contributions so far :)

I had a long hard think about the order and the neatness. Kept the order but improved the neatness.

Changed it around a bit now - added an EK single bay res for aesthetics and to give me the space to put the bottom hd cage back in. Here are some pics of the loop as it leak tests.

I am really happy with it at the moment. I do however have a couple of water cooling noob questions...

What is the best way to get rid of air bubbles in the system?

What sort of noise should the loop be making - obviously the pump vibrates - I need to fix it down on some foam, but what noise should the actual loop make? I'm guessing that the occasional gurgling I am getting is down to air in the system or more specifically the radiator?

My fan controller has died as well........ so gonna be noisy with the fans running full tilt until i can replace. Graphics cards getting wet next - just need a win on the lottery :p
