Hello OC's!

I recently bought a 2x32GB DDR5 RAM kit and tried to clock their hertz but i am not sure detailed results of the output my mainboard auto set them up. Can someone advice me which next step is worth to fine tune for more responsive and stable ram usage?
My rig use an i5-13600kf cpu at standards clock and Patriot Venom Non-RGB Kit PVV564G600C30K at 6800mhz @34CL 1.40Volt ( https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/...e653c01aa_PVV564G600C30K_sku_sheet_042624.pdf )

• On-Die ECC
• Thermal sensor
• Capacity: 64GB (2 x 32GB)
• Base Frequency: PC5-38400 (4800MT/s)
• Base Timings: 40-40-40-77
• Base Voltage: 1.1V
• Tested Frequency XMP Profile 1: PC5-48000 (6000MT/s)
• Tested Timings: 30-40-40-76

uh, not really. Is your RAM unresponsive or unstable?

All of your benchmarks are fine but they are synthetic. Some performance stats, like latency, can vary from run to run and not representative of any real world performance results with actual applications (games, video editing, etc).

I really wouldn't worry about your RAM as much as I think you are. It's fast enough and the biggest bottleneck is your CPU at this moment anyway.

Just enjoy your system.

Well they are super stable so far. It passes Memtest 30 min run without an error. I just want to know if I should follow any further tweak or push for 7000+ 1.45v
Should I switch an i7 14700k series for a cpu upgrade? I run PUBG online and LOL by the way without any crach on contrary to my former Corsair Platinium series 5600mhz kit @6400hz @36CL

I don't know, you'd need to try it and see. You're, again, asking a question only you can answer since there are so many factors to the performance of a PC.

Try your RAM at 7000+. See what it does. I'll wager there's a tiny difference and you'll spend a week getting it stable.

For the memory testing, use Testmem5 with the ANTA777 Extreme preset (you can google the download link) - it's much better at stressing RAM than memory test.

A 14700K would be an upgrade but it costs money and if you're enjoying your system as is, don't change anything.

If you have ££££ burning a hole in your pocket and all you want to do is spend money, that's fine but that's different to what you're asking.

I really think you're overthinking things. Is your system performing like hot garbage? No? Is it fine? Don't change anything then.

I run PUBG online and LOL
Additional: Those are hardly demanding titles so I don't think you'll see any performance uplift. PUBG is badly coded but getting a better CPU/GPU would be much better.

Edit: Try improving the secondary and tertiary timings for your RAM and see if that helps improve performance in gaming.

Ahhaa, I got your points well. Thank you for sincerely comments on my post.

What I understand is tweaking something 34-44-44-44-96 to 34-40-40-40-84 will be very small difference or maybe current timings at 7000hz will not make big difference. No need to spend more time on it as long as i am happier of the expereince for a week i have been using. yes i am okay with all these.
I will check TestMem5 for another challange to test stability of my system under current settings. Only thing i noticed after clocking my RAM my AIO cpu cooler works a bit noisier, if there is any relation with it or not i am not sure. Maybe it is something bottleneck stress using CPU bandwith at maximum ( I just guess after your comment )

Thank you so much JollyJ.
