Can someone edit a picture for me please, I need a wire removing

Please can someone who is actually half decent with PhotoShop have a bash at this for me - I've tried but I struggle!

The wire running from bottom left to top right needs removing along with the clump of a building that's there on the right side. If it's possible to make the sky a little bluer as well then that would be a bonus.

By the way what were you struggling with in photoshop? I just used the clone stamp tool where the wire ran over other objects and the roof edge then the spot healing for long sections of the wire that were in empty space.
