Can someone explain the gamerscore?

Sorry, think I did screw up.

Before I thought it changed, I went to gamercard and had a look there, so just know I thought Id put IE into offline mode and view the cached version of the card, and it showed 130.

What happened was, I was looking at another card that had 320/360 on it, and that must have confused me. I was SURE I had 320 or 360 though?

Another question knda related to this... well sorta

Is it possible to change your gamer pic for another game realted one without paying for it? i.e. I love Htman: Blood Money, and I love the gamer pics for that, so would like that.

I'm not a cheapskate, im more than happy to pay for it, just if you don't have to pay for it then obviously I'd much rather that

There are some free picture packs (the pic I have is from the free X06 Mass Effect Pack). It's 50 MS points for a pic pack which isn't too much, though some would say 1 point was too much for something so superfluous.
