Can someone explain the rules to me....

So, I take it we aren't allowed in the slightest way, to hint at OcUK being anything other than perfect?

I realise this is probably going to get me banned seen as the thread I made all but of five minutes ago just got me an infraction, but I can't seem to grasp the rules when it comes to talking about OcUK matters.

Feel free to quote me some rules from the gospel :D
 
Accusing us of stealing is slander and is not allowed. Please use the customer service section. Post all the details in the pre-sales enquiries section and I will deal with it on Monday. If you carry on creating unneeded threads to cause trouble when I am here trying to help you. Then you will obviously will be banned for ignoring the help that I am trying to give you, and being ignorant and creating multiple threads to cause trouble.

And just so you know, I'm not talking critisism, As OCUK forums\dons are generally okay with that.

I'm talking negative shop matters, They have a customer service forum for a reason and just so you know they generally bend over backwards to help

Funny isn't it? Even in his post he put:

Scroll down a bit and you will find this... OcUK Matters!

I accept that we may make mistakes or there are problems from time to time (we are human afterall :)), however we are not physic all of the time (I am only partially :p) and we need to be told if something goes wrong! That is why the OcUK Matters forum is there, for people who want to know something, or if someone has a problem!

However it is the way we deal with it, and to be honest with you I would love to say that we deal with all issues shop related in a great way, and I am sure other customers can say the same too!
 
And now he has gone offline... May as well lock this thread too then.

Like I say snedie put the details in the pre-sales and I will look into it.
