Can someone explain this? (Left 4 Dead)

Ok so i started death toll in multiplayer and noticed there was a microstutter when the camra pulled out ive got a XFX 4890 im sure this shouldnt happen because when playing the game in single player (death toll) the camra pulled out in the intro and it was perfect no stutter at all, anyone have any ideas?

I get this sometimes with my XFX 4870, but the game plays fine so it doesn't bother me. Network issues rather than video card I reckon.

Isnt the intro to death toll the same in multiplayer and single player so there should be no stuttering , plus my latency is allways good with low pings and no lag, i just confusing myself
