Can someone explain this please?

I keep getting what appear to be "time bans" that range from seconds to minutes to hours on here but I haven't said anythng yet that I'm aware of that needs temporary bans to be applied to my ability to post in some topics.

Educate me please. I'm new here but there's clearly a very structured and regimented procedure towards being able to talk freely on this site.

If the OP is serious though, then it's probably best to use the "Forum Content Discussion" at the bottom of the forum index. That's where you can query moderations, bans, accessing certain areas etc, and Don (mod) will get back to you.

On forums in general (not just OcUK), it's fairly common for posting to be semi-restricted until you reach a certain number of posts.
