Im starting a website w/ a forum soon and would like help setting it up, im not sure at all what to do, could somebody help me please?

its childs play, you just need a host with php and a mysql database, upload the files as per the instructions which are provided with it, and thats it.

Theres plenty around on the net that will host ones for you for fee, and set it all up for you, just some of them come with banners , some dont, just about finding a decent one.

But google is your friend, and search for free 'phpbb forums', as obviously you have no clue how to make one

PHPBB sucks!!! Use Invision, far better imho.

Yes invision is good, but if you dont fancy paying 200$ for a lisence, phpbb is the best free web board around, or one of them.
