I saw this photo in the img thread and I'm pretty sure I know the guy or its his spit.

I just wondering if anyone can help me find the story behind it any details like where he is based or his name.

I've search with google img search and cant find much info.

I think he may be from birmingham

I would never have one of them about where theres food thats disgusting.

its the communal area of some student flat so has either always been there as some sort of joke decoration or its been done deliberately to prank the BBC
