can someone help me out with my router/internet

I dont know what is causing it but ive noticed my wifi stops working but im pretty sure my devices connected via ethernet are not dropping but anything wireless are not working until I reboot the router. the pattern is not the same so I cant say if something is making it stop working.

my internet is with talk talk fibre when I speed test I have low ping and hit the 68-70mb mark (max my package is) and 13-15mb upload which ive had since I took it out 2 or so years ago. router is the standard talktalk super router.

Does it stop on all wireless devices?

Are there any firmware updates available for the router?

no updates as far as im aware, yes all wireless devices im not sure if its knocking stuff off ethernet at times but I know wireless devices are affected because my daughters tablet and partners tablet gets affected so does my alexa. 5ghz and 2.4ghz

I suggest you switch the Wifi channel. You may be getting interference from another router nearby.

Check this and switch over to 5Ghz if devices support it. From experience of Apple products don't attach these to the 5Ghz Wi-Fi as my iPhone 6s continually dropped on 5Ghz and has been issue free since seperating my Wireless Networks (meshed on the Sky Q router) and putting the 6s on the 2.4Ghz band.
