Can someone help me spec a PC please?

My sister and her boyfriend are looking to buy their first PC and I told them I'd build it for them.

They want to spend £400 but I reckon they could stretch it to £450ish if need be. They need everything - the base unit, monitor, speakers, mouse and keyboard.

They'll mainly be using it for the Internet, music and uploading and messing around with digital camera pictures (so a lot of disk space would be good). I don't think they'll be bothering with games, and they have an Xbox 360 anyway.

So, can anyone help me out?
